30 Day Full Refund Policy
Simply Mantel Clocks offers a 30 Day "No Questions Asked" Return Policy. Return your mantel clock
for any reason and you will receive a full refund, with No Restocking Fees Ever. You are responsible
for return shipping charges. The mantel clock must be received by us in salable condition with all
parts and accessories intact.
No Restocking Fees for orders under $500.00
At Simply Mantel Clocks, we do not charge a restocking fee for any item under $500.00. For items over $500.00, there is a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price. This is necessary to defray the costs of processing and shipping our higher priced clocks. Also, refused shipments will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.
Our mantel clocks are top quality name brand merchandise, but we understand that sometimes you just
aren't happy with something you purchase, whether in a physical store or online. You can return any
item for any reason for a full refund within 30 days of receipt, except for clocks with issues covered
by the manufacturer's warranty.
- You must first email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receipt of the clock for return authorization.
- Shipping charges for the return are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns must be received within 10 business days of the date you informed us of your intent to return the item.
- Deliveries that are refused by the customer are considered returned by the customer. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the customer's refund. A 10% restocking fee will also be assessed on all refused shipments.
- Clocks over $500.00 have a restocking fee of 10% of purchase price that will be deducted from the refund.
- Returns must be in new condition, with ALL original materials and packing.
- Returns received without authorization beyond the 30 day window will not be refunded.
- Any returns received by us that are determined to be in unsalable (not new) condition, i.e., damaged, soiled, missing parts, will not be issued a refund.
- Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns received without prior authorization or determined to be in unsalable (not new) condition can be shipped back to you for a fee of $25.00 shipping and handling.
- Please allow 10 business days after the receipt of your return for your refund to be processed and issued.
